The workshops are designed according to the specific needs of the organization and therefore they are developed only after doing a short analysis of the existing situation. We use different methods and tools: cards, arts, games, simulations, guided imaginery etc.
You can choose to have a one time workshop of 4 or 8 hours, or a course that includes a few workshops, depending on the needs and resources.
