I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the workshops you gave in our office on March 19, 2014 and on March 24, 1414, on the subject of women’s management, with the participation of managers at the various management levels.
Instructed the workshops professionally and interestingly. Your special personality, the way you shared The participants in the personal life samples and the humor that combined with grace and good taste contributed greatly to the way the workshops were conducted and the active participation of the managers.
Although in both workshops the subject was the same, a different experience was created in each workshop, because of the difference in identity and the fact that you identified the needs of each group and gave it the appropriate response.
The principals learned about the different management styles, with an emphasis on the characteristics of women’s management and on their contribution, and the tools to use how to promote professional and personal interests.
