Choosing life with joy

What is Theta-Healing?

"Until you turn your subconscience into your conscience, it shall manage your life, and you will continue calling it your fate" (Carl Jung)

What is theta-healing?

Theta-healing is a technique which was developed in 1995 by Vianna Stibal. It is being practiced by hundreds of thousands all over the world. The theta-healing technique combines working with the conscience and with the subconscience, and thus, allows physical, emotional, and mental healing, fulfillment in all fields of life, growth, and personal development.

The method is based on the ability of the therapist (or of ourselves, when we are treating ourselves) to connect to the subconscience of the patient through a quick and simple technique (which is similar to guided imagery) and to create healing and change, easy and simple, for the highest well being of the patient.

How does theta-healing work?

We are made of patterns in our lives, "programmed" by the memories, experiences, genetic knowledge, what we had been taught since childhood and more. This is the way we explore the world, the way we conduct ourselves in it. In fact, these "programs", which are located in our subconscience, are the ones which cause us to act, to decide, and to conduct ourselves in the particular way that we do in our everyday lives
.
A person who possesses an inner belief that "life is tough", or that "it is necessary to work hard for the money", and who was raised with these beliefs, is likely to experience difficulties and hardships in his or her life. Just like when a computer lacks certain programs, if we lack certain programs, we will also lack certain abilities – emotional, mental, or even technical abilities. Those who lack programs for abundance, joy and happiness, love, or security, will have a hard time experiencing those feelings.

Each session of theta-healing lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. The session is conducted through a discussion with the patient, whose purpose is to locate the beliefs and patterns ,to extract them, and to replace them with beliefs which allow the patient to progress and to perform processes of change and growth, in a manner which is as high as possible and most suitable for him or her.

The number of required sessions depends on the physical and mental status of the patient, as well as on the goals which he or she had determined for themselves in the beginning of the process.

The purpose of theta-healing is to assist the patient in managing beneficient relationships, good health, living a life of abundance, managing from an easy, flowing standpoint, experiencing true and authentic joy, and being meaningfully present in life.

Some examples of the topics which are treated in theta-healing therapy are:
• Healing chronic pains and physical problems, such as: Backpain, migranes, recurring sicknesses.
• Career change, with the intention of summoning an occupation in which there is abundance, success, and happiness.
• Improving relationships and summoning good and beneficient relationships to the life of the patient.
• Changing the nutrition and life habits of the patient, in order to live in complete health of the body and soul.
• Coping with fears and anxieties, such as: Stage fright, fear of death, fear of an occupation of some type, etc
