How to use the SELFI model on the day after the crisis.
The personal coaching will help us move from stage to stage in the model: at the beginning we'll sit together in the "hole" and watch the impacts of the crisis on our life cycles. After that we'll identify our strengths and resilience forces and switch out beliefs to better ones, that will help us transform and change. Then we can learn skills and tools that will help us set new goals and fly towads them.
Loss and bereavement.
When we loss a dear person in our life, we feel the world has come to an end and we harden to find the strength to move on. The personal coaching enables us to cope with the hardens by: healing open wounds, closing unfinished business, finding the good and happy in life, and building anchors to transform harden into growth.
