The course includes four workshops, that are designed according to the four stages of the model: current situation, personal and team strengths and resilience forces, leveraging opportunities, setting new goals, building tools and skills to reach these goals and transform the hardness into growth.
You can choose to have a one time workshop, to experience the model.
There is an optional course, for managers only, which empower them to integrate the model in the organization.
It is recommended to combine with the course a few personal coaching sessions, to enhance the integration of the model in the organization.
